On Wednesday night, ILWU Walk the Coast Committee held its 9th Annual Texas Hold ‘Em Poker Tournament in the fight against childhood cancer.
Check out the video produced by “ILWU Films”!
This event raised $11,955 total for Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation which goes toward seeking cures to childhood cancer and family travel support.
At the tournament, ILWU Local 13 members took 1st and 2nd place.
Our own Local members Joe Mascola and Benny D’Aquanno played quite well, making the “final table” and taking 4th and 11th places, respectively, out of 97 players.
Here is a picture of the 1st through 3rd place winners.
ILWU Walk the Coast Committee sends its thanks to all ILWU members, friends, family, industry employers, and the community for their ongoing support of the fight against childhood cancer!
