LABOR RELATIONS COMMITTEE (LRC)
Handles the processing of Union Complaints, 13.2 complaints, ADA, and other matters through the LRC process. It shall be the duty of this committee to adjust grievances and promulgate working and dispatching rules and at all times have in mind that their purpose is to protect the welfare of the membership to the fullest extent under existing agreements. They shall meet with the employers’ representatives whenever necessary.

DISPATCHERS
The duties of the Dispatchers, among other things, shall be to dispatch all members in an impartial manner in accordance with rules adopted by the Local and the Joint Clerks Labor Relations Committee.
