Working and Dispatch Rules GW-46, as amended on 12/02/2010

ALL WORK CARDS MUST BE SURRENDERED TO THE DISPATCHER NOT LATER THAN TEN (10) DAYS AFTER THE END OF THE CURRENT MONTH. FAILURE TO SURRENDER CARD ON TIME IS A TWENTY DOLLAR ($20.00) FINE. ANY MEMBERS (INCLUDING STEADY CLERKS) FAILING TO TURN IN THE CARD PRIOR TO THE FIRST DAY OF THE SUBSEQUENT MONTH SHALL NOT BE ALLOWED TO WORK EXCEPT AS A RED-LINE DISPATCH UNTIL ALL WORK CARDS ARE SURRENDERED. ADDITIONALLY, THEY SHALL BE ASSESSED A FINE OF UP TO $200 FOR EACH CARD.  (Note: $50/day, up to $200 per Local 63 procedures).

ALL MEMBERS WITH WORK CARD VIOLATIONS AND VIOLATIONS OF WORKING RULES REGARDING HOURS OR DISPATCH, AFTER BEING FOUND GUILTY BY THE GRIEVANCE COMMITTEE, SHALL BE GIVEN WORK CARDS DESIGNATED “FOR REVIEW” FOR A PERIOD OF NOT LESS THAN SIX (6) MONTHS.
