In light of developing events concerning the new coronavirus disease known as COVID-19, the window at the Business Office will be closed starting at 8 a.m., Thursday, March 19th until further notice. While the staff as well as the Officers will continue to work inside the office, we felt it was prudent at this time to limit person to person interaction at the window.
Included with this email is a bulletin outlining the options members can use to make payments, request duplicate work cards, submit doctors’ notes, etc. Other than the window being closed, the Business Office will be operating, and staff and officers will be available to service the membership. Rest assured, if we can’t take care of the issue remotely, we will figure out a solution to take care of what you need.
Thank you for your understanding during this complicated time. As you can imagine, the officers are in constant meetings and phone conferences with the PMA, elected officials and government agencies and things seem to be changing daily. Our first and foremost concern is the health and safety of our staff and membership, and we will continue to monitor the situation and make adjustments accordingly.
